 Hastings Cookery Demonstration with Warrick Dodds & Leigh MyersOur resident head chef Warrick Dodds is always being asked to give up some of his culinary secrets but understandably he guards them with his life. For one day only, however, he and acclaimed chef Leigh Myers (Grosvenor Pulford) have been persuaded to tell all at a fantastic one off cookery demonstration. On Wednesday 6th October, the event will start with coffee and biscuits at 10am, followed by each of the maestros demonstrating their skills by cooking courses in turn, after which guests will be able to enjoy their wares with a special luncheon included. Tickets cost just £35 per person. | |
