The Excelsior venue is a fresh and modern style pub in Blackpool. We have entertainment, or at least something going on, 7 nights a week, ranging from participating sports teams, big screen HD live sports, karaoke, live music and quiz nights. 

LIVE SKY SPORTS HD

With 5 PLASMA screens and an 8 foot wide PROJECTOR in high definition, The Excelsior is certainly the place to catch those big sporting events. We show events and games from ALL Sky Sports channels, including football, racing and golf.

KARAOKE

Every FRIDAY evening we host a karaoke sessions, giving you the opportunity to get up and sing your favourite songs just for fun.

LIVE MUSIC

On SATURDAY nights, we host various live music include local tribute bands and a top DJ.

QUIZ NIGHTS

SUNDAY night is quiz night here at The Excelsior. Test your general knowledge and be in with a chance of winning small prizes.

SINGLES NIGHTS

We host a special OVER 25's singles night, giving you the opportunity to maybe meet that someone special in your life.

THEME NIGHTS

Ranging from fancy dress to imitations, we hold regular theme nights, giving you the "something different" experience away from the norm.

The Excelsior has a function room available for hire.  With modern, comfortable surroundings, our intimiate function room can cater for around a 100 guests with a dance floor area and space for buffett tables. There is also a well stocked bar serving a good variety of draught and bottled beers, wines, and sprits.

Here at The Excelsior, we are very much involved with the sporting world. We have our very own sports teams competing in local leagues for football, snooker and pool, darts and more.  We also play in-house, where our regulars can compete for fun against each other. We have pool tables, dartboards, and even tables for dominoes and Texas Poker.  To enquire about competing in our in-house competitions, or to join one of our clubs, simply contact us letting us know your skills and intentions.
